“To the staff at Venice Pines, Shorty & I would like to thank all of you for a very successful first visit. While we were waiting in the car, the tech came out to bring in Shorty. I was a little apprehensive, so I don't recall the young ladies name. Shorty immediately noticed her coming to the car. Much to my surprise, as soon as I opened the door, she jumped out, without me being able to grab her leash, and, with what she has for a tail, wagging full speed, she greeted the tech. The tech walked off with Shorty, tail wagging & never looked back. The return of the trip was the same. In the 10 years, I've had her, she has been a nervous wreck & hated the trip to the vet. This time, when we got home, she has been nothing but happy and super affectionate. I'm sure she thoroughly enjoyed her visit with the girls. So thank you for the outstanding job.
